UNIFORM CONSTRUCTION CODE
In 1999, the Pennsylvania Legislature established the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and adopted various codes issued by the ICC, including the International Building Code (IBC). Revised UCC Regulations took effect October 1, 2018. These regulations are available on the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry’s Uniform Construction Code Regulations and Statutes web page.
